Auxiliadora Morales, Accountant
Auxiliadora was raised in Maryland and earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She began her career in the banking industry, where she worked for nearly seven years before transitioning to a medium-sized property and land development firm in Georgetown, Washington D.C. There, she contributed to all phases of project development for various commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings.
In her most recent role, Auxiliadora led the Accounting Department for a mid-sized architecture and development firm in Maryland. She managed both the internal accounting operations and the accounting for investors in joint ventures. One of her most significant achievements was overseeing the financial management of a $33 million project in Washington D.C.
As the daughter of blue-collar parents, Auxiliadora developed a strong sense of awareness and a deep ability to listen, enabling her to understand and address the unique needs and challenges of her clients with a solution-oriented approach.
Interests:
Auxiliadora enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, as family is her top priority. She loves traveling with them, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, relaxing at the beach, and cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. Her greatest pride is her family, and they continue to inspire her in both her personal and professional life.
Sarah Townsend, Administrative Assistant
Sarah graduated from Wilmington University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Sarah is a seasoned hospitality professional with an unwavering passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences. With a career spanning over a decade in the dynamic world of hospitality, Sarah has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. What sets Sarah apart is her exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to create connections with people from all walks of life. Whether it's recommending the perfect cocktail, arranging a surprise celebration, or simply offering a friendly ear, Sarah’s attention to detail and genuine care leave a lasting impression. She joined the MG team in 2023 and is looking forward to interact with all clients and ready to offer exceptional service.

In her free time, Sarah loves spending time at the beach, whether it's enjoying long, peaceful walks along the shore or simply relaxing by the water. The sound of the waves and the fresh ocean air help her clear her mind and recharge. She also enjoys exploring local restaurants and sampling unique dishes and cocktails, especially during the quieter offseason. Family and friends are her greatest joy—spending time with them always brings her happiness and a renewed sense of energy!
