Auxiliadora Morales is the founder of MG Accounting & Tax Services, LLC, where she works closely with individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners to provide practical accounting, tax, and financial guidance tailored to their needs.
With a diverse background in banking, accounting, real estate development, and construction, Auxiliadora brings years of hands-on financial experience to her practice. She began her career in the banking industry, where she spent nearly seven years before transitioning into real estate development and construction accounting in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Her experience includes overseeing accounting operations, managing investor and joint-venture accounting, monitoring development budgets, reviewing project costs and cash flow, and supporting the financial management of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Prior to founding MG Accounting & Tax Services, she led the Accounting Department for a Maryland-based architecture and development firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Today, Auxiliadora brings that experience directly to her clients. Through MG Accounting & Tax Services, she assists businesses with accounting and bookkeeping, tax preparation and planning, payroll, financial reporting, cash-flow management, business operations, and project and development accounting. Her approach goes beyond simply recording transactions or preparing a tax return—she takes the time to understand the business behind the numbers so clients can make informed financial decisions throughout the year.
As the daughter of hardworking blue-collar parents, Auxiliadora understands firsthand the commitment and sacrifice involved in building financial stability and growing a business. That background continues to shape the way she serves her clients—with accessibility, attention to detail, practical guidance, and a genuine investment in their success.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Auxiliadora enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Family is at the center of her life, and she especially enjoys traveling with them, cooking, spending time at the beach, and creating new memories together.
Sarah Townsend
Operations & Client Service Coordinator
Sarah Townsend is the Operations & Client Service Coordinator at MG Accounting & Tax Services, LLC, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensuring clients receive timely, organized, and attentive service.
Since joining MG Accounting & Tax Services in 2023, Sarah has become an important point of contact for clients throughout the year. She assists with client communication, scheduling, document coordination, administrative support, and the organization of information needed for accounting, payroll, and tax services. She also works closely with Auxiliadora to help manage client workflows and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
Prior to joining MG Accounting & Tax Services, Sarah built an extensive background in the hospitality industry. Her years of working directly with customers developed the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills she now brings to the firm. Her ability to connect with people and provide thoughtful, responsive service has translated naturally into supporting MG’s clients.
Sarah takes pride in helping create an experience where clients feel comfortable reaching out, understand what is needed from them, and know that their questions and documents are being handled with care.
Beyond the Office
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of life at the Delaware beaches.
